I'd love to see the forum pickup.

What kind of exercise do you do? How often do you go?

Myself, I try to hit Gold's Gym 4 to 5 days a week. I'm trying to transition from free weight strength training to calisthenic movements. My short-term goals are to do ten perfect pull-ups, handstands, and v-leg sit.

      You?

I go to the gym 5 times a week and do a mix of free weights and cardio. You need the best of both worlds, although I'd love to add some yoga and calisthenics to my routine.

Free weights and machines are what I use at the gym. Push iron to get stronger.

You are my inspiration! I only do cardio and occasionally do free weights. Teach me your ways  😉

I do training specifically for bodybuilding. So not much calistenics. Machines + Free weights. I don't care about the flexibility and mobility for now I want to buff up. But I really would use some stretching, yoga and calisthenic probably. I'm really not flexible and pretty tense all around.

I can't agree with you enough. Cardio and resistance training go hand-in-hand.
