So, I had pretty hot and wild sex with a fuckbuddy of mine. During the heat of things he didn't notice that the condom fell off while he was fucking me. So when he pulled out, it was left up my ass. I figures it was no huge problem and that I'd just be able to pull it out. However, when going to the toilet and groping arouns a bit with my fingers I couldn't reach it or feel it. I guessed it woumd come out the natural way later that night. But now it's been over two days. And it's still not come out of there. What's worse is, neither has anything else. I've not been able to shit either. And when sticking my fingers up there again it's still all empty. No shit, no condom. But i've been eating normally and my stomach is hurting a bit. So now I'm getting worried that somehow the condom is stuck further up the colon and is blocking it.
Has anybody else been through something similar? Any clue what I should do?

You might need to have an emergency room visit to get it removed.

Seek a physician's help, inserting any unsanitary object to "fish" it out could cause infections.

Stick your thumb in your mouth and blow.

I am a doctor.  I find it hard a condom could cause a blockage. When deflated and or curled up it is just too small.  It certainly has not migrated north to your colon and is still just out of reach in your rectum.  You are probably so nervous and upset about it that you cannot have a bowel movement.  Seeing a doctor would allay your fears, or you could let nature take its course, perhaps with the help of a laxative suppository.

                    haha, that's a funny gif.

You should definitely get tested for HIV and other STDs and maybe go on those HIV exposure meds? You have to get on them within 72 hours. The condom will eventually exit your body.  If you are worried go to a hospital.

Thanks! I actually called and spoke to a nurse after I posted this last night, and he said more or less the same thing. I.e. there is no danger that it's in there, and I shouldn't worry, it will come out eventually. And this morning I was able to have a proper bowel movement. But I couldn't see the condom anywhere in what came out (I know, gross…sorry), so I suspect it's still in there. I am not so worried about health issues now though. It is just annoying knowing I am walking around with a used condom inside of me 😮 And having sex feels a bit out of the question, as I guess that might push it further up. Or worse, suddenly come out all of a sudden 😮 That would be quite horrible, lol.

Anyway, thanks again for your reassuring words! 🙂

Yes, I will go do a regular STD checkup very soon anyway. I am not really worried though. The guy I had sex with is a friend of mine (and a 100% top), and even though I know that one shouldn't trust anyone when it comes to these things, I am not too worried about HIV in this case. But yes, better safe than sorry! 🙂

Maybe you could have an enema. I had them and I'm a woman. If you hadn't, it's not a big deal. start witd 2Dcl so you don't push it further up or you can eat fish oil..juck. Or magnesium cloride, but it's expensive and if you don't know about how to make it, you better not. Do you have mineral water with lots of magnesium in it? That could do a trick. Sauerkraut can also help. But eat it half a kilo. You can cook it. Normal cabbage also works, tho sauerkraut is better.  I think you can help yourself in so many ways before you try to see doctor. They would just do you an enema themself or something like it. Oh to me also helps if I drink more than a litter of chocolate milk. At least this is jummy.
But if you eat or drink one of those things, make sure you can stay home for a day or two or at least be near toilet where you won't be bothered. It might hurt a bit or a bit more. but it'll be ok.
