Start going to gym lately to loss weight, does anybody have any suggestion on diet plan that could help me loss weight??

Eat small portions of food, 4-6 times a day, depends how "big" you are, but 1700-2000 kcal each day you train (if you exercise normally)

Check out the ABS diet plan. It is sensible, uses real food and allows you to still eat what you like

Cut out sodas and/or sugary drinks. You will be amazed at just how much a difference that one change makes!
