Video Quality - Issues and comments on a torrent - What is considered acceptable

Sometimes Bigger isn’t better!! (Can't believe that I am typing that)
In the last few months there has been a deluge of posted material that has taught me to start paying attention to quality and or duplicate issues. I am sure I am not the only person trying to be smarter about their downloads.
Yesterday and today, I downloaded a video thinking I was getting a good video quality, even though the file size was exorbitant (Size 3.69 GB) . Turned out to be so bad, that I downloaded the other version which was sized at 826.38 MB.
The two are

Zyloco Films - Bareback Buffet

Which surprised me since I have gotten movies from Zyloco same time period which were at 480 or at least 360. So I decided to download the 826 MB file. Low and Behold…running them size by side at original or 2x video size, they are virtually identical. I believe the limitation is source material. Which is too bad since the fucks and penetration shots are enjoyable viewing. .
I will be keeping the 826 MB file in my porn library and will dispose of the 3.69 GB version.
A side by side screen grab of the two at original size attachedWhich leads me to the why of my posting.
Is it bad form to post negative or warning comments as to quality or to suggest different torrent file for quality reasons?A few months ago, after downloading and viewing a torrent, I added a comment about my issue with the poor video quality and referenced another version of the same video that I had downloaded and found to be much better. While I tried to be polite and thanked the uploader for his effort, I guess he was pissed off because the torrent was gone an hour after my comment. I think he deleted his own torrent instead of it being gone due to a takedown request, since all the other version of the video were still there.

I can't believe I am agreeing with that statement but the truth of the matter is Size Does Matter. It does I'm telling you it does. Especially if your ISP is also a size queen always measuring how much and giving bonuses for extra (I am looking right at you Robbers).
Recently, in some sort of altered state I presume, I mistook a torrent that was 5 gigabytes in size for 5mb. I mean honestly amateur str8 webcam clip the size of a DVD, I must have been out of my gourd. I had the resulting file trimmed and converted by my in house seamstress into something more manageable and promised myself only to shop for sizes I fit into from here on out.
As for putting negative or warning comments on torrents I would think that is frowned upon. Better to be vigilant and make sure what your getting is what you want. On the other hand, questioning the quality of a torrent might be more acceptable (& can end with positive results). I have asked what the duration of a torrent was that didn't include that in the description and by my own calculations presumed that a 10 minute running length did not seem acceptable for a file over a gig in size. Also by this same method of asking an uploader compressed a file I was interested in for me and then further showed other shares involving the same participant asking if I would like any of these compressed as well.
I could probably compress my response down to, and let me level with you I am paraphrasing here, that which the latins say as "Cave at Emperor's". Which I am pretty sure means just cause it looks like a castle best to be checking the foundations.

Happened to me 2 or 3 times when I downloaded a large file that was a complete garbage. And the worst part is that the pictures were in high quality.
