Mr. Mazada explained the reason what causes this particular dilemma you're experiencing. In addition, some members in the past would upload a torrent and include only one or two pics so they could go back to that torrent and add more pics to get the pic bonus points.

This particular behavior created the pic lock out program. My advice is to add all your pics for that torrent as soon as you upload future torrents

It are 200 bonus points per 1 GiB (shown as 1 GB on the site) and day.

The original uploader is only notified of Reseed Requests if their torrent client has reported that it has downloaded it in full from the tracker. Whether this has happened or not will depend entirely on whether you seeded the torrent correctly in the first place. If you did, then you would not be notified. If however the original uploader registered with the tracker as a leecher, then their name would be added to the list, and as long as they are not #121 or higher on that list AND their account is still active, they would then get a notice also.

There were pictures pending approval on this torrent that have now been approved. The system has deemed the torrent to have reached its maximum number of pictures.

You're right, there's a time limit - I just hoped there's another way of changing description - but since there's no way (except asking helpdesk all the time - which is exhausting), I'm going to suggest time limit to be disabled in "Suggestions & Site Feature Requests" place.

If the drive was clicking (not the ordinary seeking noise, I am talking about a loud unusual click) or made a "clank" type sound then the computer died, the heads are probably gone. This is usually the way they go. Anyway, if that is the case you can fix it by buying an identical drive and replacing the heads. Once it's repaired you'll need to transfer it instantly to a new disk. Look on YouTube for examples of the procedure.

This feature was disabled for normal users for security reasons. If you are trying to reach out to a particular user, there is a workaround that I can facilitate.
