Just keep seeding that's all. The most important thing is that you seed the amount of days the tracker requires you to. The tracker site manages all the data back and forth, and you really don't have control of who you connect to and who you don't. There are many factors that it's not even worth understanding the technical from that aspect, because it doesn't change who the owner setup his tracker.

Seedboxes and VPN are both valuable ways to protect yourself, and they will add a layer of cost.

Seedboxes allow you to rent a server who will upload / download all the time, and you can stream the movies directly from the seedbox to your computer.  It's basically an 'arms length' transaction, so it has the strongest protection.  The downside is that the seedbox can be cut off for breach of violation

seedboxes gotta know they're going to be used that way right? else people would go for cloud storage.
