Okay, I recently downloaded a torrent file from a different torrent website that requires you to maintain a ratio. I've finished downloading with pretty good speeds, but now that its downloaded Ive noticed that I've barely seeded any of it, and I'm currently only connecting to about 2 peers at any given time- even thought there's over 50! The speed its uploading is also incredibly slow. I've looked on the internet for over three hours and my brain is about to die. I find all the technical words and advice so confusing…can anyone help?

Im asking in this forum because that other torrenting site I dont think has a forum. Or a useful help section.

Just keep seeding that's all. The most important thing is that you seed the amount of days the tracker requires you to. The tracker site manages all the data back and forth, and you really don't have control of who you connect to and who you don't. There are many factors that it's not even worth understanding the technical from that aspect, because it doesn't change who the owner setup his tracker.

"seed the amount of days the tracker requires you to"

And how many days is that? Can you elaborate?

          Thanks for the response.
