I had issues with acne on my back two years ago and doctor told me to hit the tanning bed for few times and they were really gone. It wasn't something serious and they weren't many, but it did the job so maybe you should consider it too.  😉

I don't like hairy hole… always felt that my partner may get turned off... I don't shave but before I have used hair removing cream... I won't do shaving never I think, I don't like to use razor down there... but will try to use a trimming machine  😊

If you want to avoid the sludge you have to use dental floss! Scaling and sandblasting every six months is very good idea. In addition, I recommend whitening with led lamp once a year (or two).

i see it has not cleared up. what you want to do is to keep your groin area dry as possible always. refrain from wearing tight underwear or pants as much as you can. i suggest buying a new set of underwear for the duration as your old underwear may be re-infecting you with the fungus. buy cotton only, get the cheaper ones cause you are not going to wear them again and you need to throw them away when the rash clears up. my doctor gave me some oatmeal based soap to wash the rash area then. get some body powder with zinc, the anti itch kind and powder your inner thighs often. the secret to cure this is to keep dry so the fungus dies.
