When I've looked to your history, there is one torrent you've completed to download which has a leecher, but no seeder. That is a good torrent to start re-seeding.
Even with download rights suspended you can get the following .torrent files:
own uploaded torrents (to allow uploading own new torrents and reseeding)
all files completed download torrents (to allow reseeding)
freeleech torrents (to download one at a time, then continue to seed)
I'm as well quite sure that if you write the Helpdesk that you want to reseed the dead torrent x, you'll get download rights for a short period to be able to catch the .torrent file.
