Same thing for elderly men who have lived in the closet all their lives.  I imagine would be a little more difficult to live being disabled and gay, but would depend on the disability.  I dated a guy with an amputated leg, and for the most part he could do most things okay.

I don't see it as being too different from appreciating a good looking guy you see walking by.

Now if someone starts making comments like "I wish you looked more like that guy" or something like that, that's when the issues begin.

Think it's a matter of playing with something different for cut guys.

I know I like uncut, since I know how to handle them better, but cut is fun to play with too, just use a little spit.

How about a nice shoulder rub when he gets in, and then make sure it has a happy ending? 
Or sit on the couch, give him a footrub, and go up from there.

Sometimes it's a matter of not feeling appreciated.
