I used QTM but as soon as I try to redownload the torrent, it only is looking for peers and doesn't start seeding it. What am I doing wrong? Folder is correct one where the torrent is

Could some kind soul help me out here? I´m trying to upload torrents for your enjoyment but they always fail. I create torrent normally, set directory etc, upload it here. When I open it with Utorrent all I get is finding peers. What am I doing wrong?
