If I have got my maths right I have a Total of 23 piercings.

3 lower left ear. 2 upper left. 1 central - the little fleshy bit nearest the cheek, unsure what it's called!?

2 each in both nipples 1each vertical and horizontal
1 bellybutton
6 scrotum
1 between index and middle finger on right hand
but I have no tats.
I prefer Henna for skin design.Ideal for holidays and seasonal designs plus if you work with the general public, like myself, you do not have to 'cover-up' afterwards, as you would if it was permanent.
(Piercings can be removed so as not to offend the 'Mary Whitehouse' type.)

Regadring Spiffy's acidic comment about blaming someone elses complaints/comments for the slow upload of this file.

Perhaps someone should have a word with the uploader, presuming they can speak French!?

This is the first time that I have actually seen him on-line so I just checked over his stats.

Since he has made the Choas Men upload he has since uploaded 2 other files, 1 of which is a 4G DVD!

As well as the 3 concurrent uploads he is seeding a further SEVENTEEN files!!!

He is currently uploading @ 43.19kB/s.

I have a 250 kB/s download and 30 kB/s upload and I was asked/told by one of the moderators to download/seed a MAXIMUM of 2 files (if I am uploading a file, that and that alone!).

I am sorry people but I am on Hudsn Johns side on this one.

I have viewed this file and it lots so damned hot I want the lot! but I wanted to wait until it had more seeders.
At this moment it has been upped for over 11 days, there is no seeder but with 52 leechers (a vast majority between 41.61-41.66 %).

If this was a DVD there would be no discussion!

However, the point that I can see being made is that it COULD HAVE been broken down into more sizeable chunks. This is totally irrespective of ratios, torrent client, stream capacity and content (whether selected or not)!

Ratios: if you download you upload to pay back.

Torrent cliet: totally irrespective of what client you use, you cannot download something that has not been uploaded, regardless of speed or settings.

Stream capacity: if you want the file desperately enough you would not mind waiting for a while to get it and then time to payback.

Content: imagine if this was a basic film, but I only wanted the film because my favourite actor was is it. I would not complain about the film because the person I like was only in 2 of the 5 scenes nor would I ask the uplader to just seed the 2 scenes that I want. The fact that this is NOT a film is crucial.

Selection of content: with the client I use I can pick and choose the content to upload. If this was a foldered film with cover pictures, 'the making of' and a 'cumshot review' I could choose whether to upload all or just the basic film.

The above points, that I can see, are not being questioned, these are a matter of personal choice, what is being questioned is whether the film upload should have been split.

As far as I am concerned, it SHOULD have. No offence to the uploader.

A 600M chunk could have been uploaded and seeded, beyond its minimum 4, within 24 hours. Which would leave the uploader to upload the next 600M, then the next etc. Wherein after 10 days all the content is uploaded and seeding. Whereas, as I stated earlier, the upload has been running for 11 days and a majority are less than half way through.

Further to the selection of content, a scenario:

If a file contains 5 'items' and 5 different downloaders each want a different item what does the client do? (No doubt someone will tell me I am wrong in this hypothosis.) This is based on one uploader.
From what I understand of Bit Torrent it will share its given information EQUALLY. Therefore it would take each downloader the same ammount of time to download their 'item' as it would if they had asked for all 5 items.

I did not know where or who to ask, but as this is a request, I thought I would post it here.

Could you possibly 'tidy uo' this forum? (I will explain as concisely as possible. Please forgive me if I seem abrupt.)

While on this site, I spend most of my time in this forum and I have noticed that at least two thirds of these requests/topics are no longer required/dead and they are heeding persons, like myself, in finding films/other content, which are being requested by others, which we can upload. (Currently there are 17 pages with 20 requests per page - approx 340 requests. That would mean over 200 dead topics/links.)

Unlike other forums this is generally a 3 step form - ie not ongoing.:
STEP 1: Requester A - 'Has anyone got X-film?'
STEP 2: Uploader B - 'Yes, now available.'
STEP 3: Requester A - 'Thank you.'
Obviously there are other posts, such as - 'I've beeen looking for this for ages, please upload.', but other than that once the request has been fulfilled the topic is no longer required.

I am not saying irradicate the the topics completely, just move fulfilled requests to a seperate 'sticky' to leave unanswered requests more easily available. I am contacting requesters, of 4 weeks+, who still have not got their request because most reviewers do/will only read the current page and no further. I know this because , at first, I did it! - uploading the most recent requests presuming that the older ones had already been done (how wrong I was!).

What I am asking is the following:

1. Remove/delete fulfilled requests. As stated above,via the making of a weekly/monthly 'Thank you' sticky - ie 'Requester A' asked for 'Item X' it was uploaded by 'Uploader B' A big thanx to both.
2. Contact requesters to see if they still want their requested item/s. (If they have had no response they may have gone elsewhere to find the item/s requested!) [If got/no response Delete request.]
3. Possibility of an 'Available for Upload' section. Whereby potential uploaders post available content so others can contact them directly, rather than requesting something that they know someone has got!
4. Possability of a 'Request Form', rather than 'Have you got this film?' being the main topic. ie a form in which requesters fill in basic information about their request, as such Film/Item Name… Company... Other Info... etc.

I know I seem to be asking for a lot, but I would willingly give up my time to help.

Think of it long term, less dead links, more uploads of wanted content, a happier community!

Hello all.

With reference to this topic, I also have a 30Kb/s upload limit but with a 2Mb/s download limit.

When I first joined this site 9 weeks ago I made the mistake of downloading alot of films very quickly as a result my ratio ended up at less than 0.25. However with various problems - both personal and computor, I ended up not using this site as I should and my download rights where taken away (All's fair - BUT I could not seed the films that I had downloaded, because of tracker issues, and I could not download new torrents).

So I had to take the only road possible to increase my ratio and that was to upload - something I was reluctant to do because it seemed so complicated, and slow. However after reading the guides I spent an hour or so and uploaded my first film.

At this moment in time I am seeding my ELEVENTH film in two and a half weeks, my ratio is over 2 and I've uploaded
nearly 20G. (Not that I am trying to blow my own trumpet, but there are points to what I am explaining.)

I know it is an old comment, but 'It's not what you've got it's what you do with it that counts'.

1. Keep your computor running as long as possible. Mine is on virtualy 24/7 (obviously with the monitor off when I am not using it!).

2. Keep your BitTorrent client running the same. I am using uTorrent - fast, without zapping memory.

3. When 'surfing', stop/pause/reduce downloads and reduce upload to half ie 15Kb/sec. Doesn't effect your surfing speed plus it also helps your ratio.

4. Use time effectively, during the time I am asleep/at work, I continue uploading and use this time to convert downloaded films (ie avi/mpg/wmv's to dvd's).

5. NEVER allow unlimited up/downloads, set speed to a maximum of 90% of your bandwidth. Downloads need upload bandwidth, if you use unlimited download, your downloads will prevent/reduce your upload capability.

6. REMEMBER although it is good to be able to download a film you want now, is it really life or death?, DO NOT download more than five films at once (that is just geedy!-you can only watch one at a time! Also if there are other uploaders/leechers they will be taking off you and thus slowing you down).

7. If you have got any films from elsewhwere UPLOAD!, (obviously after checking they are not already on this site). It is quicker to upload one film @30Kb/s than it is to seed, for example, three films @5Kb/s.

8. Pay back 100%+. The reason for the 0.35 rule is obvious. If you download 10G and only upload 3.5G (using the minimum) someone, somewhere has put in 6.5G. That is their time and effort, not to mention financial costs, that you have stolen (for want of better words). We are all getting these films at someone else's cost be fair to them and pay back.

If people use this site properly the films that you want will be available will be available forever.
