Let's say the first torrent has a folder named A. and a picture is png named 2A and it's a dog. then I download second torrent and it has the same folder named A. and a picture png named 2A but it's a bear. Do they overwritte? or what happens?

Does it count as a duplicate because the size is the same? or doesn't because I changed the fromat, the aspect ratio, the kbps, and the subs.
