How can i get rid of these fats?

It depends… you are some fat in all the body or only over your abs? You drink alcohol?
If you are overweight in all your body know that men store their fat in the belly and in the back, so these are the last you lose with a good alimentation and sport (and so the first you gain if your calories balance is not so balanced, that is you eat more than what you burn).
If you do some kind of sport that build muscles the fat tend naturally to distribute itself near to the muscles because it's easier for them to burn it if they need, but if you don't do sport it's possible to be skinny with the belly just for this... the body store the fat where it thinks is needed, if the muscles don't need it, the body put it in the belly.
If you drink the alcohol produce what are called empty calories (they cannot be used in the fast production of energy for the body - like instead the glucose, the simplest sugar used by the body to work - but they are processed and stored as fat) and goes straight to the belly.Soo... stop drink alcohol, eat vegetable, whole grain carbohydrates, good meat (white and slim pork instead of red meat - mostly cow or fat pork - and salami, for example) and legumes for the proteins that can feel you full faster than the other food, cut the bad fats (from animals and dairy products) and use, but with moderation, those good (fish and olive oil). Go to the gym to build some muscles that burn the fat and make it go in all the body and not only in the belly.
I'm doing a diet and I go to the gym... I was overweight before, but I see that now my arms and legs are more or less defined, but my back and even more the belly are still big (not as before, but not even close to show the muscles under them)... belly is the last, sorry...

You can't lose fat in specific spots, your body gets slowly leaner and leaner all together. the spots where you store more fat are typical of men and it will probably be the last place where you are gonna lose it. Be consistent with a workout plan and a diet, drink a lot of water and avoid alcohol.
