Real Housewives Of New York
Anyone else enjoy this trashy show? Its probably the best out of Real Housewives franchise.
Middle aged women who are single/divorced with unlimited access to alcohol makes great tv!
Bethenny is my favourite. Shes so witty and funny.

RE: American Horror Story. Which one is better?
I loved Coven the best.

Grace and Frankie
"Finding out that their husbands are not just work partners, but have also been romantically involved for the last 20 years, two women with an already strained relationship try to cope with the circumstances together."
I binged the series over a 2-day period and wished there was more. The characters were well developed and the whole thing was very entertaining. It covered many bases that divorce can bring about to family and friends, and dealt with issues of loss, honesty and ageing, among others.
I wish Sheen and Waterston had had greater chemistry between them, but their interactions with the family members were believable and poignant. I especially enjoyed June Diane Raphael and Baron Vaughn, as two of the four adult children.
What I can't decide is who I liked better, Fonda or Tomlin. In each case, they braved characterisations that were vulnerable and multi-faceted. In the case of each, this is their best performance, and the two together were phenomenal. Funny one moment and heart-tugging the next.
This is an adult story, in the best sense of the word.

Making A Murderer
"Filmed over a 10-year period, Steven Avery, a DNA exoneree who, while in the midst of exposing corruption in local law enforcement, finds himself the prime suspect in a grisly new crime."
This is one important documentary. This shows just how wrong the justice system is in America. Im from Sweden and did not know anything prior to this series. But If you have - like me, been reading and seeing other documentaries of this kind. You know this have happened several times. It makes me sick. When it comes to Brendan and his statement I immediately started to think about Jessie Misskelley. A boy with below average IQ and was one of three teenagers that got falsely accused of murdering three young boys in Memphis. He also made a "confession" after the cops had lured and guiding him towards what they wanted to hear. Anyway, I hope that one day, the truth will come out and the ones, that still walks free, get the judgement they deserve and that Brendan and Steven Avery will get their freedom back. This is something everyone should see. If I were a parent I would show it to my kids, if I was a teacher I would show it to my students. I will recommend it to everyone I know.

Narcos
"A chronicled look at the criminal exploits of Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar, as well as the many other drug kingpins who plagued the country through the years."
Having seen all Padilha movies, I was anxious to see this new Netflix series and had great expectations. He did it again. I cannot stop watching. One episode after another. OK if the cast is not Colombian. But they are all good actors and play the parts very well. I will try to finish this weekend all the episodes but i think there will be more seasons. Best series of the year so far. The action is great. The scenarios are perfect. The 1980's atmosphere is awesome. 10 out 0f 10. I hope they will make more series like that in the future. Good real stories and perfect action and direction. I could not expect less from Padilha.

Jessica Jones
"Following the tragic end of her brief superhero career, Jessica Jones tries to rebuild her life as a private investigator, dealing with cases involving people with remarkable abilities in New York City."
I started watching Jessica Jones feeling hopeful. After all, I am a big fan of Netflix and their original series, I know they have great original content, so I was expecting Jessica Jones to be a hit too. But boy, was I wrong. I watched the 1st episode, then the second, third, fell asleep somewhere on the 4th, woke up and just skipped to the last one to see how this boring show will end. It was an uneventful and pretty lame ending too, in line with everything else.

Wish Upon
"A teenage girl discovers a box that carries magic powers and a deadly price for using them."
I was so entertained by this film even though it was kind of predictable.
The movie basically has this overall theme of be careful what you wish for, original right? King as well as her costars make the film feel more like a thriller than a horror film, but the horror comes from the Final Destination type deaths that come with each wish….

The Book of Henry
"With instructions from her genius son's carefully crafted notebook, a single mother sets out to rescue a young girl from the hands of her abusive stepfather."
I couldn't put my finger on it. I liked the story, the characters and the idea. It's like there was a bunch of great pieces but how they were put together seemed clumsy. There was a scene where the mom grabs a ukulele and sings that was awkward at best. But I liked the movie. I especially liked the character Henry. Jaeden Lieberher does an excellent job portraying this kid. It's what holds the movie together. Naomi Watts played the mom great except the bit about the mom being addicted to video games while the kid traded stocks was a bit extreme. Either one in one family would be OK but both the kid be so adult and the mom being so childish seemed hard to take. Anyway I'd still recommend seeing it. Just go with it and you'll like it.

All Eyez On Me
"Tells the true and untold story of prolific rapper, actor, poet and activist Tupac Shakur."
This was the greatest blunder and disappointment in movie history. The director should be ashamed of himself!
I don't want to get into the specifics of why the movie was bad. Just know that the scenes were choppy and didn't flow together, the story line was off, and it was widely inaccurate. Notorious seemed like a hit movie compared to this.

Fifty Shades Darker
"While Christian wrestles with his inner demons, Anastasia must confront the anger and envy of the women who came before her."
While not having particularly high expectations, it must be said, I did go into this film with an open mind. However only a few minutes in and I already felt the urge to leave and fill my brain with something less awful and mind rotting.
It's not just the non-existent plot and hammy acting that let this film down, although they were major factors, the chemistry between the two leads was like watching two planks of wood getting together. None of what I saw made me believe he was an irresistible sex god with a dark side. And with Ana, let's just say biting ones lip every time something is suggested gets a bit old.
Furthermore, without wanting to spoil, is her IQ supposed to be about 50? I have to ask because she pretty much agrees to everything he says, and not in a dom/sub kind of way, more just because she doesn't seem to have the mental ability to argue. You have to wonder how she's employed in the first place.
I've seen some absolutely dire films but I can honestly say this is the worst film I've ever seen.

The Beguiled
"The unexpected arrival of a wounded Union soldier at a girls' school in Virginia during the American Civil War leads to jealousy and betrayal."
I have to think that the reason for the almost all star cast is because they are doing favours for the director/producer. This movie had so much potential, but the acting (by everyone) was forced and so much more could have been done with the plot. The potential here was wasted. Just like her other movie (the Paris one) this movie just dragged on and on - to get to the very weak action at the ending.

Power Rangers
"A group of high-school students, who are infused with unique superpowers, harness their abilities in order to save the world."
This movie is boring, poorly written, and stupid. It's not stupid in a fun way, either.
I went into this movie with expectations that I would have for a Transformers movie; I hoped for explosions, fun action scenes, and cool CGI. Guess what this movie had? NONE OF THAT. Because it was so boring, I was forced to sit through boring scenes of people talking about boring back stories.

Transformers: The Last Knight
"Autobots and Decepticons are at war, with humans on the sidelines. Optimus Prime is gone. The key to saving our future lies buried in the secrets of the past, in the hidden history of Transformers on Earth."
I am a big fan of the Transformers franchise so just want this review to be short and concise.
Spoiler Alert - It's a $200 million piece of sh*t.

Dunkirk
"Allied soldiers from Belgium, the British Empire and France are surrounded by the German army and evacuated during a fierce battle in World War II."
What a Brilliant movie. We saw this on the night of the World Premiere, intense and packed full of fabulous acting… The camera shots were absolutely spot on, and you couldn't look away for a second without missing a perfect scene. The entire score, coupled with the dialogue and videography made this film and I cannot wait to see it again.

Alien: Covenant
"The crew of a colony ship, bound for a remote planet, discover an uncharted paradise with a threat beyond their imagination, and must attempt a harrowing escape."
This movie is not worth the money. Its the worst Alien movie i have seen and i have seen all Alien (xenomorphs) movies.
You don't care about the characters and they are so god damn stupid all the time! My god it's an insult to watch and they flushed all the lore down the drain.
This movie is about droids and not aliens or the engineers. It does not explain anything at all and it totally kills Prometheus handling.
I'm happy Sigourney Weaver did not sign up for this crap.

War for the Planet of the Apes
"After the apes suffer unimaginable losses, Caesar wrestles with his darker instincts and begins his own mythic quest to avenge his kind."
Just a bad movie, overall. The apes have human intelligence, but still basically live like tribesmen. Caesar and the apes allied with some humans, but they're mysteriously long gone and haven't learned a thing from them, apparently. There's a message throughout the entire film that the apes are being oppressed, Caesar is a saint, almost like Nelson Mandela or something.

Luke Cage
"When a sabotaged experiment gives him super strength and unbreakable skin, Luke Cage becomes a fugitive attempting to rebuild his life in Harlem and must soon confront his past and fight a battle for the heart of his city."
Started very slow for a marvel series but the setting and most of the cast were promising better episodes.
Instead the story remains very weak and after a little highlight with the unexpected death of cottonmouth i hoped that the series will now change in regard to the main villain diamondback.
Instead my expectations were not even met and it absolutely turned into an illogical mess.
Nearly not a single action of the main characters makes any sense and there were so many plot holes that they couldn't be counted.
