I think Frederick oversimplifies the dynamics of a supreme court case. While each justice has a dominant ideology, they rightly should consider each case on its merits and it would be premature to predict how any would vote in any particular case.  A big hint ill come as to how they rule on the motion to put the ban into effect until they rule on the merits.  And remember, they may decide not to hear the case at all, which would leave the lower court orders in place, or may wait until the lower courts rule on the merits.

BTW, all you Trump supporters out there, answer me this:  the original Executive order placed a temporary 120 day hold on immigration from 7 countries while stronger vetting measures could be developed.  More than 120 days have passed since then.  Where are the stronger vetting measures?  He was just trying to fulfill a campaign promise.

Ideally, all the justices should base each case on it's own merit.. but unfortunately, that is not the way it works.  Both parties are guilty of "going with the pack" but the democraps are far more guilty of it.  Democraps RARELY split from the pack and vote their own conscience.  That goes for congress as well.

The original executive order indefinitely barred Syrian refugees from entering the United States, suspended all refugee admissions for 120 days and blocked citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries, refugees or otherwise, from entering the United States for 90 days: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.  However, that order was blocked.   He revised the order, and the revised order also got blocked.  Until the blocks are cleared, nothing can be done. I don't think you will be seeing a whole lot more blocks, because the moonbats are retreating back into their caves.

So immigration policy cannot be reviewed until the travel ban is in place?  That makes no sense at all.

I must interject something here.  I don't buy into the idea that someone is a Christian, Jew, Muslim, etc. just because their relatives are of some religious faith.  Someone's assumed faith doesn't bother me, as long as they don't adhere to it literally.  I could easily write thousands of pages about this, but pretty much all religions are similar in that they enslave people of other religions, perform barbaric acts that would put them in prison such as animal and human sacrifices.  And believing that no matter how "good" a person is, they are doomed unless they believe in one specific doctrine and adhere to it.  Perhaps the most credible religion is that which cuts through the bullshit and mocks the other religions.  Satanism does that, and was originally created not as a religion but to piss off Catholics.  But he problem with Satanism is that some nuts decided to worship it seriously with evil.  Then there are the Pastafarians.. whose deity is the almighty flying spaghetti monster, and they were colanders on their heads.

People need to keep their crazy beliefs to themselves.. and never impinge upon others unless those others are impinging upon them.. as is the case with the moonbat libt*rds currently trying to impeach out President Trump.  The same goes for sexual practices.  People would object to two twinks sucking cock on a street corner.  I happen to object to breeders feeling each other up and tongue kissing in public.  My eyes don't need to be exposed to breeder's nasty activities, and I don't expect that breeders want to see two guys doing the same thing.    I'm not in favor of a ban on straight people having sex in their own homes (although it might not be a bad idea), nor am I in favor of a ban on gay guys engaging in gay stuff in their own homes.  Some of you may remember cases in which police entered houses for various reasons such as a search warrant, and found gay people engaged in fellatio.. and although nothing else was found, they arrest the people for engaging in fellatio!  Which is considered sodomy.. and illegal in some states such as Texas.

See guys, I may like Trump but that's because he's not really a Republican. He only ran as one because his values are libertarian, and he had no other way to win. I despise Republicans and Democrats, because they really are only one party playing both sides, just pretending to be different. And I feel like you should appreciate that Trump destroyed not just the Democrats, but the Republicans as well. We all know they're both corrupt, and he's the only one who called them out and had the power to get people to listen.

I know you pull your hair out and cry when reading my comments, but you should realize that I avoid expressing opinions.  Opinions are like assholes.. everybody has one.. and they are often full of shit.   I stick to the facts, and present them in a completely fair and irrefutable way.  That is why you moonbats don't .. or rather can't respond to me in any rational way.  
If I say something is dumb or stupid, etc.  that is not an opinion.  That is a fact.

Let me explain this further:
"I don't like the taste of anchovies" is a fact.
"Anchovies taste bad" is an opinion, not a fact.
Moonbats are desperately trying to stir up conspiracies and wrongdoing with nothing but assumptions, and speculation.  They are forced to do that consistently, because they don't HAVE any substantial facts to use to attack Trump, etc.  That is pitiful!  
The moonbats have the idea that if someone thinks something.. then it must be true - or at least has to be investigated to see if it might be true.

The sad part is, I am certain that the moonbats will eventually win, which will result in the USA being just another country instead of the #1 country in the world.  If Hillary had won the 2016 election, we would be in that situation ALREADY.   Hopefully, by the time Trump is done, and has a load of Supreme Court Justices in place, and the economy is strengthened.. the USA will remain #1 for several decades.

Just look at history.. at one time, Britain ruled the world.. no more.. in fact they are in serious trouble now that they must negotiate their way out of the EU, while at the same time reducing the power and influence of their own leader to nothing.  France used to rule the world.. but totally screwed that up, and are now inundated with terrorist and other whackos.  The romans used to rule the world.. and they blew it.  The Germans came damned close to ruling the world.. failed, and are now going down the toilet.  Merkel has ruined that country.  They recently shut down all their nuclear power plants.. which will never reopen.. and they can't afford to build new ones.  So, they are now slaves to oil.  They are screwed.

All of these people seem simply awful to me
