Just as I believe treasonous politicians should be exposed and disposed of in accordance with the law. Well, you are correct to a degree, however, it temporarily reversed the decision by the lower courts and showed that their rulings didn't hold water. If there were any actual merit to their lower rulings, it wouldn't have been a question. The fact that it's being temporarily and partially over ruled is a big win because not even one of the SCOTUS has agreed that it's as cut and dry as the liberals have tried to make it out to be. It certainly isn't unconstitutional, because if it were, it would be pretty clear, as the Constitution is clear.

The one problem with your statement is that you insinuate that conservatives are claiming someone's race shouldn't exist.
