The relevant parts of GayTorrent.ru's Terms of Service on the Rules page:
(…) Users may not use this site to distribute any material when they do not have the legal right to do so. It is the responsibility of each user to adhere to these terms. (...)
So if you have got a PM which said that a torrent was removed due to alleged copyright infringement and you didn't made a counter notice, GayTorrent.ru has to assume you had not the legal right to distribute the torrent's file(s). Then when re-uploading it again you are exposing yourself to:
(…) We have a policy of terminating, without notice and without recourse, accounts of users who are repeat infringers of site policies, based on our sole judgement of suspicion or notification we may receive. (...)
Actually we, the moderators, are instructed not to answer questions regarding copyright and DMCA related questions, but to direct them to write to the Helpdesk under the DMCA/Copyright category. Therefore my citation from the Rules page, pointing to their relevant parts.
