Today someone posted a couple of torrents that contain two files; both files have been previously uploaded, but the thing is that both files are of the same film/scene (not two different scenes, which are a collection and therefore not duplicates). It seems to me to be a gray area; not strictly duplication, but not really a collection either. What do folks think - are these collections or duplicatets? I give the two files below:
