The best way to get our attention on torrents is to use the report function.  If you feel a torrents  is banned, duplicate, is in wrong category just click on that button and fill out some information.

If our last activity indicator shows 7 days or more of last activity, an original is deleted, else we try to revive it by promoting and re-seed request combination and wait a day if there is a response.

Oh, and thanks, Uwe, for doing the research before you post.  Other moderators would do well to follow your example.

Uwe does a good job on researching, I did research  as well but not to the length that he did,  but still answered your first  question.

Your torrent is dead, no seeders or leachers.  These promoted torrents are when we moderators find that  a user  has uploaded a duplicate torrent  of the torrent that is already active here.  The original torrent is "promoted" with the original uploaded date in the description,  the offending duplicate torrent is not approved or deleted.  You can see when the torrent was organically uploaded and then when it was promoted.

Thank you so much for the reply.  I did everything you said.  Had no problems with the actual port forwarding.. but still no success in utorrent.
I have other torrents that have downloaded from another site seeding in utorrent, which are uploading just fine, at speeds of 10-150 kBps... but NONE of the ones downloaded from gaytorrent.ru are uploading at all... except for one file uploading VERY VERY slowly, between 0-2 kBps. 
I will PM you too... but just wanted to post the update here in case anyone else has ideas.

You are seeding torrents that are old and have many other seeders and few to zero  leachers.  That is why… You will not see fast or any upload from those.  Seed newer torrents that are in demand, which have few seeders and many leachers.
