you have to stop other that you are leeching to free slot ...
too many torrent download will result in bad ratio warning ...

highlight those red torrent and right click to "update tracker" ...
if these doesn't solve the issue exit and re-start your client ...
if still in red remove those red-torrent and re-download to do a clean force re-check 100% ...
[make sure to locate in the right folder] ...
