Berlin i guess :). This is not about countny more by the city. Some lands in Germany are very liberty, other not so much… I think that big city with multicultural varieties are the best chooses.

If you want to avoid the sludge you have to use dental floss! Scaling and sandblasting every six months is very good idea. In addition, I recommend whitening with led lamp once a year (or two).
