另外要提醒用户名是以数字开头的用户，比如02xex, 34yef之类的，由于IRC聊天协议，你们没有办法直接从网站的chat进入聊天室。

所以你们需要直载一个单独的软件来重新注册一个不以数字开头的用户名来进入IRC聊天室聊天。

建议可以下载mIRC 或者看一下这个网站 hxxp://www.mibbit.com 的软件。

你是不是用微软的IE来浏览我们的网站？是不是你点击后跳出的窗口说你的安全设置不允许用已装在电脑上的ActiveX之类的？IE不支持我们的Java聊天。

如果是的话，建议你下载火狐浏览器(firefox),然后再来浏览我们的网站。火狐浏览器是我个人觉得目前最好用的了。

另外点击chat后，不需要选择分辨率，只要点击分辨率旁边的 Start The IRC Java-applet 就会跳出另一个窗口。跳出窗口后请等待一会，它会自动带你进入聊天室的。进入聊天室后，请写入 /join #chinese， 回车就可以进入中文的聊天室了。

你重设了你的passkey 之后，有没有试过关掉utorrent， 然后再开启，然后再放入新的种子呢？

首先可以肯定的是我们的网站只会从个人消息中发出种子限制的警告。我们是无法在utorrent上给予这样的警告的。

我建议你可以到你的个人档案(profile) 下的个人信息 (user details and stats) 下找到Reset Passkey.

然后先取并发送更改 (submit change). 如果需要填个人密码，请填写个人密码再做一次。

但请注意，一旦你更改了个人的passkey，你就需要到网站里重新下载种子，然后添加到你的utorrent里，包括你在上载的也要重新下载种子文件。

I've found where this has been mentioned, but I'm not clear yet.

I'm currently downloading one file–seeds 1(1) peers 1(2) ... and seeding six files showing values something like seeds 0(37) peers 3(6).

For my personal understanding

seeds 0 means no seeders connected to your client yet. If the number is 1, 2 that means 1 or 2 seeders is seeding to your client.

(37) means the total complete seeds  are 37. In this case, if you are uploading, that means you are one of 37.

Peer 3 means you are seeding at the same time for other 3 users

(6) means total leechers are 6, you are included of cause if you are downloading instead of uploading.

如今实行rationator 2.版，我们有了充足的时间来讨论和检阅它。

经过一番讨论，我们的结论是，浮动机制是衡量分享率的好方法，特别是用于衡量新用户的分享率。

相对2.1 版，现今的Rationator 2.2 版把分享率从0.1细化到了0.05，使下载量小于800GB的各阶段的用户不必上传和以前一样多的流量。以前就该这么做了。

I would like to see all naughty ones

I had one time waited for 4 hours, and then I decided to go into chatroom to find a MOD to ask.

But no MOD was avaliable at that time. So I just continued to wait, and after about 40 more minutes, I got approved.

My experience is keeping just one seeding in the client, and do not download anyone at that time, it will be very fast like within 10minutes. I think that is the way to draw MOD's attention.  >:D >:D >:D

Just my opinion. Haha, it is not true maybe, but everytime it works.

Forgot to say, now I do not need to wait for approval anymore in case a MOD say gzlong, you are already auto approval now. What I said the experience is before, Ok?
