Hey guys,
I am very much into herbs and all kinds of natural supplements that support a healthy and enjoyable sex life.
I would love to hear from you and your experiences. The good and the bad.
Currently I am taking Maca, Saw Palmetto, Zinc, and sometimes Tribulus or DIM.
I will post back here with details of my experiences with these and more.
As with any supplement you want to check with your Doctor first.
But with that being said, I would recommend Maca/Saw Palm/ and Zinc to any male.
I've found the Maca increases my libido and endurance. The saw Palmetto definitely helps my prostate and keeps its from being enlarged. I feel the desire to urinate less frequently now. I'm not urinating less, its just the sensation to which happens often especially at night when your prostate is enlarged. I feel that the zinc helps with erections and sperm production etc,
I'll be back soon to elaborate. For now I wanted to get a discussion going.

i think anything that safely reduces the chance of hiv transmission is a good thing. I dont think this gel will encourage unprotected sex. I think the people already having unprotected sex will now have at least something. I am 100% for the gel and would use it if its properly tested and proven safe.
