Я не вижу ваш аккаунт в этом списке. Следовательно причина не в этом. Можно получить больше деталей, например где именно закупоривается процесс скачивания, ссылку к торренту и т.п.
У нас на испытании новые противо-ботовые скрипты, скорее что-то связанное с этим. Я послал оповещение администратору.

alas that won't work. That upload works by PHP-scripts, for security reasons there is no FTP account on our servers. Uploads by PHP are in our current configuration limited to 2 MB per file
