      Flozen, you picked the WRONG MESSAGE to downvote..

      I highly suggest you apologize for that.

      THAT message is not one that I will tolerate being attacked.

      I promise you that you will regret it if you don't apologize.

      @raphjd:

      In the UK, it used to be that you got a new IP address every time you logged on to the internet.    You had to pay double or more to get a static one.

      Now pretty much everyone has a static one, except when they are using hotspots and whatnot.

      I switched my provider to one that provided free static IP addresses about 8 years ago.   About 4 years ago, static became the standard.  I don't know of any that offer dynamic still.

      Dial up modems resulted in new ip  addresses with every connection.
      The one advantage of having a static ip address is if you want to use your own computer as a server.  When you do that, you could hypothetically keep a server with top secret confidential emails on it in your basement, and if you ever got in trouble just delete them, and since they are not on a remote server, you are safe.

      Frankly, having a server in one's own house is silly.  It ties up a computer, is prone to crashing, and eats up your bandwidth.  There are many remote hosting services which are dirt cheap.

      IPv4 has a LOT of ip addresses, so they don't need to be re-used much.
      IPv6 has so many ip addresses that they would never run out of them.. and each address is permanently assigned to a specific location - hello Big Brother.

      What gets me with Facebook is that they want it both ways.  They both demand to know exactly who you are and where you are by your ip address and email address.. yet at the same time they demand more for advertising purposes such as your cell phone number and everything else.    Here's an idea.. when you set up an account.. give them your PHYSICAL address.. then they can SEND you via snail mail a verification letter.

      Facebook doesn't fool me.. they are crooks.

      @mhorndisk:

      Nice idea, but they would never be able to do that. With all the leaks, and all the control, it would be impossible. The answer is that the people need to hold them accountable and in 2018, we vote them out! Plus we need to know how they voted for that very reason.

      The 2018 election for congressmen will be very interesting.
      In 2008 and 2012, there was a massive influx of people who never bothered to vote before, voting for Obama.  The moonbats saw that they finally had a chance to takeover the country.  They gave Obama and the moonbats the keys to the store.. and found out that Obama was not helping them out at all.  The people that voted for him largely became disenchanted with him.
      In 2016, there was a massive influx of people voting to take the country BACK.  People who were registered to vote but rarely bothered to actually vote went to the polls.

      In 2018, the moonbats have a no-win situation.
      If they get control of Congress, then there will be total gridlock, which they will get blamed for - the country will suffer - and Trump will look even better.
      If they further lose control of Congress, Trump will be able to get everything he wants done easily, the country will do great - and Trump will get the credit.

      "Derailing" is used to prohibit comparisons ("you can't talk about that, it derails my narrative"), like how leftist talk about Trump and righties talked about Obama.    I brought up the extreme hypocriticalness of the left in the way they talk about Trump after their constant whining about how the right talked about Obama.    You don't get to claim the moral high ground wile being extreme hypocrites.

      The same thing happened when we talked about the use of filibusters (ages ago).  I was accused of "derailing" because I pointed out that both sides did it when they weren't in power.  See, the one side wanted to demonize the other side and didn't want anyone to "derail" that narrative with facts.

      On another site, people were talking about Trump giving "historically black colleges" 6 times more than Obama.  Guess what the leftists did.  Yep, they played the Obama card like we see here.  They wanted to slag off Trump for not giving enough money to HBCs and didn't want the facts to get in the way.

      "Jeffery Dahlmer is the only serial killer to target males."

      "Umm, John Wayne Gacy also targeted males"

      "Stop fucking derailing!!!"

      California protects it's criminals.  Go figure!

      As does most of the west.

      The UK, but especially Scotland, protects bad lawyers.

      The "right to privacy" in the EU has been a disaster for consumers, landlords and countless others.

      Trading Standards in the UK used to be pretty good.  You could contact them to see if a business you are considering doing business with has any "valid" (as deemed by TS) complaints from consumers.    Thanks to the right to privacy laws, that's no longer possible.

      If you're a landlord, you no longer have the right to find out if a prospective tenant has a history of failing to keep up their part of the contract, etc.

      Oddly, despite the RTP law, you can still check to see if someone is a pedo.  Of course that won't tell you if it's a guy who, at 15yo had sex with his 15yo girlfriend.  A pedo is a pedo in the UK.  Females rarely get charges, let along convicted of being a pedo.

      The same goes for domestic violence.  A woman can go to any police station and find out if the man in their life (no proof needed) has been ACCUSSED of domestic violence.  The excuse for this being gendered is the cost involved if men had the same rights.

      @Shami94:

      Hahahaha read your own link moron. Look at "population" in the side bar.

      Weird that you obviously don't know this basic stuff from general knowledge but you have to run off and google it and then misinterpret what you read.

      I am looking at the side bar right now..  25 million people live in 9 metropolitan cities in South Korea.  Seoul has 10 million of them.
      You remind me of Aadam101 who gets it wrong.. gets it wrong again.  and when corrrected.. gets it wrong again.

      Al Sharpton was on several shows in the last week saying that we need to remove basically every statue that offends non whites.

      There was a black woman (I assume, you know gender stuff) professor on Tucker Carlson wanting to delete all US history until some point in the future when liberals tell us it's ok to start recording it again.

      Basically, the liberal narrative is "if it offends anyone even in the slightest, unless it's a leftist icon, then it must be deleted from history".

      Even "Gone with the Wind" is under attack.  Leftists are saying that it must be locked away and never seen again.  Ok, that's the "moderate" liberals.  The not so moderate liberals want it and everything else they don't like to be destroyed.

      Pretty much all the books I read in school are on the book burning list by liberals.  Of course, they want to replace it with feminist shit and Assata Shakur (FBI most wanted, fugitive in Cuba, cop killer and inspiration for BLM), WEB DuBois and other anti white racists.  This is just some of the new school reading list the left wants to indoctrinate our kids with.
