DMCA refers to the USA only. If this website is not run from inside of the US, there is no DMCA, though there may (and probably are) similar laws in the hosting country, or it may simply be a website rule

RE: Tracker down?
I have had issues with this too. The only way I have been able to get the tracker to show working is to physically quit the torrent client (I use qbittorrent) then restart it. Then I force recheck everything.

RE: Was there a change in rules?
This is a huge gripe of mine and why these mega torrents need to be stopped. There's no reason to have 50 different videos rolled into one torrent.

RE: No Credit for Uploads
No I'm going by data. I have been stuck at 943.16GB Upload January. I should get credit for SOMETHING. I get credit on other sites. And I can not only track it via qBittorrent but also by looking. Clearly no data is being added to my upload.
The tracker is reading it, as my bonus keeps going up.

No Credit for Uploads
According to qBittorent I uploaded nearly 10gb during freeleach. According to this my stats on this site, I uploaded nothing.
What's up?

RE: Which Player do you use or how to convert files ?
I always use VLC and never had it not play a video unless it was corrupted. The issue with converting is every time you change a format, you lose quality. Not a big deal to some but with VLC, I don't see the point.

Uploading Not Reporting Correctly
I have been seeding torrents for the last five days.
I have only had torrents from gaytorrent. ru active.
Utorrent shows I uploaded 7.9gb
My ISP shows I uploaded in total about 8.5
Which makes sense because my ISP is counting everything not just utorrent.
But gaytorrent.ru is reporting only an increase in 2.8 gb.
What could be wrong?

RE: Pirate Bay Stopped - How Safe GayTorrent?
Also remember the record industry and the movie industry are the main people behind the lawsuits that bring down places like the Pirate Bay and other sites.
Adult videos do not have the same deep pockets as movie studios and record companies and the RIAA. So you're less likely to get caught. Remember the RIAA was going after individual users who were uploading (of course downloading is still as wrong legally).

RE: Seeding files
For any torrent seeding the optimal connection is to give each person uploading from you 3.0 - 4.0 kB/s.
That is for each UPLOAD slot not for each torrent.
So for instance, if you are seeding "Acme Movie," and your bittorrent client shows 5 people your connected with you should be giving each uploader about 3.0 kB/s or 15kB/s for the entire torrent
