I have found it difficult to bring up the topic of watersports with guys that I have dated in the past. I feel like there is some stigma that goes along with it. Maybe it's just me not being completely comfortable with it. I always seem to overhear conversations about how people can do things like that. As far as relationships, I am 42 years old and currently in my 6th relationship. I'd like to say I've only had one, but people often change and grow apart. I'm not sure there really is a normal amount. You really just have to find someone you can be happy with, but not someone who, "completes you."

I think dick size is irrelevant. You have what you have and the other guy has what he has. You just have to make things work and
talk about what feels good. It's the best way to learn. I also think some guys enjoy smaller dicks because there's more pleasure than pain. With a big dick you just need to lube properly and not just ram it in.

I'm finding that more and more gay male couples are in an open relationship. I guess it's just to easy to see who else is out there

As a teacher myself, it is important to keep student-teacher relationships just that. One reason is because you are looked at as a mentor and someone who the student looks up to. Secondly, this can and probably cause problems at work. If you try to hide this relationship it won't stay hidden for long. Once it does come out you're out of a job and then what. Like other have said, look for someone that is not attending your school. I'm sure there are plenty of other guys out there.
