I ran across this product called Proactiv. It's a little pricey, but you can get this stuff in a kit for a reasonable cost.
It did my skin wonders. I also remember hearing a few years back on television, and yes - actual television, a woman doctor advising to pee into the cuffs of your hands while showering and wash your face with your pee and Shea Butter body wash. I have personally done both, and still do both, and my skin has never been clearer. Like you, I've also tried everything. I hope this helps. It sure did for me!
