      @raphjd:

      Personally, I don't care about any of it. I'm posting this because my comment got into someone's psyche and they obsessed on it all weekend. I've set this post up to let all of you say what you think and let him vent all he wants.

      You really do worship yourself, don't you.

      This is an example of trying to start a fight. You didn't make any contribution to the topic though it is important to you. Instead, you made an unrelated comment. As an Admin you should do better. You are supposed to be the one setting the correct tone on how to behave and yet here you are giving an example of how not to behave.

      This is a good example of why the red/green reputation bar has no meaning. You have a long green bar but you go off topic constantly. The number of thumbs up/down correctly reflect your contribution.

      Still, I won't put a thumb down because I reserve that for bad content related to the topic. That's why I have given so few.

      A theremin! OMG, that was fantastic. The link is broken in that the last two characters are part of it. Oh, but I love that Bollywood stuff. I'll go with the second link.

      Which would you rather visit India or Pakistan?

      If it's classical, I can get into music pretty much anytime. I love happy music and or music with a positive message or classics like Nina Simone (my true love). But I have zero knowledge about how one would even go about composing, so no I'm not a composer.

      @raphjd:

      If you have absolutely nothing better to do than constantly attack me, then maybe you need a vacation.

      What are you talking about? No one replied to you but you kept making replies to this thread trying to elicit a response, going back to several days to try to make a point about something trivial that had and has nothing to do with the topic of the thread.

      I think your statement is a good example of projection. If you don't know what that means, look it up.

    • RE: Does reputation or the thumbs up/down button mean anything to you?

      @Frederick:

      The accumulated "thumbs" mean nothing, since just one person can (and have) hit people with over 20,000 thumbs down without even reading the messages.  However, a thumbs up or down on a SPECIFiC message  can signify whether that message is good or bad if that one message has multiple thumbs.

      You're arguing from extremes again. That's not the norm. And if there are one or more people who are doing that then you can see the name and the number of thumbs up/down.

      @Frederick:

      The reputation is accumulated over time.  Reputation means a lot, because it shows the credibility of the poster.  It should be noted that the people with the worst red reputations are all notorious moonbat morons who consistently lie, omit facts, and otherwise post fake news.

      It doen't mean anything because one poster can give or take a lot of reputation points in one post and his or her whim. If the reputation were given as one point plus or minus, then it would have meaning. The second part of your statement is opinion about another person's opinon.

      @Frederick:

      Far more important than either of those statistics is to actually READ the messages.   When you see a long green line, stop and read that message.. because it is likely to impart some great wisdom.

      The bolded is the correct answer. The second half is a nice bit of humor.

      I should. I have great genes. The only reason I've not donated to the sperm bank is all the stories of the children looking for doner 2342341. The last thing I want is get a knock on the door and see my younger self staring back at me.

    • Does reputation or the thumbs up/down button mean anything to you?

      I was just scrolling through the posts and an Admin was complaining about a comment I made about the thumbs up/down button. Another member keeps emphasizing here that the reputation is all that matter. What do you think?

      What I know is this:

      An admin gave me ONE minus reputation for a post I made and I lost 20 plus points of reputation and am now in the red. That means one plus or minus is not equivalent to one good or bad post and so the system is inherently biased and therefore meaningless.

      Thumbs up and down can be abused but it's a better indicator over time, especially when who's given the most thumbs to a person. If four to six people have abused it you can easily see and with a little mental math get a better idea (assuming you care that much, this is a forum in a porn torrent site, after all).

      The thumbs up or down on a given post are a better indicator. They tell the general mood.

      Personally, I don't care about any of it. I'm posting this because my comment got into someone's psyche and they obsessed on it all weekend. I've set this post up to let all of you say what you think and let him vent all he wants.

    • RE: Anti-white racism - Portland OR, AGAIN

      @raphjd:

      If you want to bring up "thumbs up/down" then you should learn the history of it, rather than just spouting off about something you have no clue about.

      Your leftist buddies used to follow their enemies around the forums and blindly thumbs down everything they posted, even posts filling porn requests or answering question in the Support section.   They would do the same, but the opposite for their own side.    It still happens, but not as much as it used to.

      When they would get called out on it, they would cry.

      Also, leftists would lie and try to get me fired because of things I never ever did.  They are too fucking stupid to know that the site records EVERYTHING, including staff actions.    One leftist (who I had never heard of before) claimed I called him a "fucking faggot nigger", which I never did and the proof was there that I never did.  He finally admitted that I never did, but that he accused me  of it because I was critical but factual about BLM and the DNC.   He couldn't point to a single thing I said that was false, so he emailed the site owner and claimed I called him those names.

      Don't think he was the only one.   Leftists contacting the Helpdesk and/or other staff claiming that I'm screaming pro-nazi stuff in the forums.  It was rampant.  It still happens, like with the thumbs down bullshit, but nowhere near as much as it used to.

      To whom are you talking to now?

      Did you actually go back through this thread to the 9th and pull a comment I made about thumbs up/down and now, after no one responding to your three previous posts, decide to comment on thumbs up/down?

      There's no way you're fifty. None. Why you'd feel the need to lie that way is beyond me.

      I really can't believe this has been in your head all this time – on a forum on a porn torrent site. Damn, boy, get some perspective.

    • RE: Should gender determine when the death penalty is used?

      @Frederick:

      Now that you mention it.. some of the worst smelling farts are those resulting from eating a lot of curry!  PHEW!  Another reason to stay away from India!

      Oddly, I had what we call a Curry Party tonight. About six years ago I took an extended summer holiday at Indian cooking school in Hyderabad then went back to the same school the next year. The two trips combined, I spent six months learning how to cook Indian food – my Indian food is amazing. If it's cooked well, you won't get gas. 😉

      What were we talking about? (scrolling back)
      Death Penalty --> Gender and death penalty --> Death Penalty is different in Western Countries than Eastern Countries --> Feminists were angry that someone tried to rewrite Indian legislation so that woman can also be seen as sex offenders --> me pointing out that someone has a one track mind.

      I think we were supposed to be discussing the death penalty and how women are 7 times less likely to be executed for the same crime in the west. I think it's sad (and telling) that in Muslim countries women get the death penalty frequently for breaches of Sharia Law. I also wonder how much more likely it is for a woman to commit the kinds of crimes that lead to executions in western countries?

      See, you can't help yourself. You have to respond. It bothers you.

      Me? I'm preparing for a dinner party and taking a break while my pots simmer and the vegetables roast. You. Well, not sure what your story is but it must be a lonely one.

      When the greatest achievement of a country is a giant mausoleum built by a madman (the Taj Majal), that says volumes about the country.

      Fred. …

      I'm not even going to bother.

      And isn't this topic about the death penalty? Funny how someone can take literally any comment and bring it back to the ultra left.

      "I have gas today."
      "Why that sounds like the Ultra Left."

      "Today is my mom's birthday."
      "Damn feminists thinking the day they were born is special."

      "Hey, look, cookies!"
      "Did you know men aren't allowed to bake cookies if they're white and have a penis?"

      True or not, there's no proof. I wish these celebrities would star suing people for liable. People can make up things on a whim.

      Hey, Fred, did you know you sexually assaulted me in 1999? Fuck man, you groped me in a bar. You've probably already forgotten but I'll carry that scar for life.

      The sad thing is, I could say that and people would be obliged to believe me.

      The thing is, I'm just fed up with you and your bullshit.   I don't really care any more.

      Then don't reply to me. Ignore my posts. If you look back over my posts I take the time to write detailed explanations. I rarely make low effort responses. I am respectful. In all the years I've played online your the first person I've met who behaves this way. The first – and I'm on Reddit a lot.

      I think you care a lot because you have, and continue to, make a big deal out of trifles.

    • RE: Should gender determine when the death penalty is used?

      @raphjd:

      Contrast that with a Middle Eastern country or India where women are looked down upon and the gender noticeably flips.

      However, in India women can not legally commit domestic violence or sex crimes.      Back in 2012/13 they tried to change this to equalize the law but feminists from all over the world went nuts.

      I lived in India for half a year, in Hyderabad. Amazing experience.

      I don't know what your point is about India. India makes no effort to bathe itself in western values. Women in India are still burned alive instead of being given a divorce. This might have changed since I was there but I my schoolmate said that women couldn't own land and that it's very difficult for a woman to be the sole proprietor of a business without a man being somehow in perceived control. It would suck to be a low born woman in India.
