Yes, I know about it, but doing that I need to be actively and constantly checking (probably everyday).

@jokuihmemies example is the simple way, check Freeleech on wishlist only @least once a day ...
Not really if the feature is designed to only notify when they are listed as freeleech... The comment and message feed can be independent.
