Current routine is 3 day working out, rest for one day, then repeat.
I do weight lifting, with legs, chest/delts, back/rear delts, arms in that order and repeat.
Change my routine every 6 weeks.
Did it with a personal trainer.
But he is not my personal trainer. I have a better body than him anyway lol.
Fix your nutrition. Track what you eat. Make changes.
And it's all your imagination, they are not looking at you. And if they do, it's probably because you are a newbie in the gym, they haven't seen you for awhile. If you go to the gym regularly, that will vanish. Most likely make friends even. Perform the exercise with proper form.
I started off with the same feeling. But I kept going. And now, I'm in the stage where newbies look at me in the gym, because of how I look. :blind:
Consistency.
They don't work by just appearing in the gym for one month and vanish for the next 6 months.
Eating the right amount of food depending your metabolism.
And everything takes time.
That's bordering criminal activity, and you can file a restraining order if that is happening to you.
