Yes, it was me who decided to leave it on because of what is said on IMDb about this movie and I added to the description.

If we would take it off, most certainly the uploader or seeders will shout on us, why it wasn't gay enough. Whatever we do with grey zone movies, it will be wrong.

To better appreciate a movie, we would need to have watched it. That is just impossible. Still it would be an individual appreciation.

The "abuse" the boy suffered "from from his mother's boyfriend" was purely physical
There was no sexual content to it
"his mother's boyfriend" is strictly heterosexual and expresses no sexual attraction to the boy
Look at the IMDB "plot keywords" - you will find only Gay Interest & Teenager Nudity & Boy Nudity

If a site member takes the time to report a torrent as inappropriate,
why don't you at least have the courtesy to contact that member if there is any doubt about the validity of the objection
The issue is not one of "individual appreciation", it concerns objective criteria

That is so very tragic!

But the 2 articles are very confusing

The first article mentions "the gun holder described to be 16 to 17 years old"

Whereas the second article says "a 13-year old boy killed a 16-year old boy"

Who killed whom?

The second article also seems to imply that the whole killing may have been based on a misunderstanding
(i.e. younger boy's "jealousy over a third party"
whereas the older boy "is happy with the relationship with the younger boy")
That would make it even more heartbreaking

I don't want to exacerbate the situation, but this does seem to be pretty unworthy treatment
of a well-behaved uploader by the staff here

When looking to IMdB, "Bob" the gay seems to be an important character.
IMdB is givung quite a few "gay" keywords (click "See more" there):

Homosexuality
Male Nudity

but in a long list of other keywords.
There is a certain chance that I would approve such upload, but not sure, 50% chance.

How can any film whose IMdB Plot keywords include
Coming Out & Gay Character & Homosexuality & Gay Straight Relations & Gay Club
NOT be considered sufficiently gay?

the container chosen has no effect on the quality
xvid encoded video can be placed in any of the 3 containers
the final size and quality will be essentially the same
how the video is encoded/compressed determines the quality
avi is the oldest container - it is VERY old
it has many limitations
hence, the need for the newer containers
mkv is the least restrictive of the containers
one can place just about anything in a mkv container
(yes, even RealMedia compression can be placed in mkv, but not in mp4)
that's why it is popular
