Like others have said… it's who you like and what attracts you.  It is normal to question that if you feel it's not right but you don't have to worry about that.  You're fine 

It's who you like and are attracted to.  I like chubbies and so that can include daddies out there.  It's the personality for me.  Yeah, that sounds so generic, but the personality is the thing.  The face is a secondary thing as I can go past that if I pick up on them being good people.

The young guys really don't get that info because they may be blase about it.  At the same time many of the gay related places to go have had funding slashed or worse.  Those two together certainly don't help matters.

I'm a chubby chaser which makes that a bit obvious what attracts me.  However, if I sense their personality is not good or anything negative then they stop being attractive and become repelling.  To use the tired saying:  "It's not what's on the outside that counts but what's on the inside as well."

If they are massively religious then no way.  If they are those who have beliefs but are respectful of others then I would.  However, then the personality becomes important. If they're awful then religion is superfluous.

My gaydar is dreadful.  Occasionally, though, it may wind up being right.  However, because it is so dreadful I never really act upon it.
