How often do you work out and what do you do?

 I workout 4 days a week, bodybuilding most of the time and cardio if i want to cut some extra calories.

 Current routine is 3 day working out, rest for one day, then repeat. I do weight lifting, with legs, chest/delts, back/rear delts, arms in that order and repeat. Change my routine every 6 weeks.

 I use the athlean X workouts. athlean X is a physical therapist prescribed workout. Dr. Jeff Cavalier is a physical therapist that provides free work out training videos on you tube that have been highly effective for me. He includes a complete nutrition plan, hes the best\link below

 I just started going to the gym again so right now just mainly cardio for about 45min to an hour.
