      LINK: Many prominent Maga personalities on X are based outside US, new tool reveals

      Many of the most influential personalities in the “Make America great again” (Maga) movement on X are based outside of the US, including Russia, Nigeria and India, a new transparency feature on the social media site has revealed.

      But, but...foreign influence was a hoax. Trump told us so!

          @hubrys

          Funny, I don't know any of those accounts. I guess they aren't that influential.

            @raphjd Many non-libs tho saw, for example, "Ron Smith"... Kamabla door to door righteous campaigner.... from Kenya 🤡 🤡 who got boosted by old-Twitter algos & deleted yesterday

            It's classic problem of lib echo chamber. Libs don't get exposed to other side, thus, libs think they just found something or scored point / & didn't.

            Non-libs talk to each other a lot, but unlike libs, actually have some awareness of other side.

            Trump literally just hosted Mamdani (foreign influence???!!!) at White House.
