The 219-page complaint against Owens lays out “extensive evidence” that Brigitte Macron “was born a woman, she’s always been a woman,” the couple’s attorney said.
In France, too, the presidential couple has for years been dogged by conspiracy theories that Brigitte was born as a man named Jean-Michel Trogneux, who supposedly then took the name Brigitte as a transgender woman. Jean-Michel Trogneux is, in fact, Brigitte’s brother.
Last September, Brigitte and Jean-Michel Trogneux won a defamation suit against two women who were sentenced by a Paris court to fines and damages for spreading the claims about the first lady online. A Paris appeals court overturned the ruling earlier this month.

I only viewed 1 Owens podcast of it, late 2024. Owens didn't say Brigitte was man or XY male.
Owens only cited indications & why others query it. Including fact that Brigitte - up to then - would never affirm she was born female.
I guess Owens went further, later? Lawsuit calls her claims "outlandish" "defamatory" "bullying" "that has done tremendous damage to the Macrons".
But........ why should it do any damage -to the Macrons-? Weird.
Are Macrons so fragile? And....-is something wrong with being Trans-? What?Maybe Macrons worry about being called liars. But, "Macronleaks" some years ago, already showed they are liars & tax evaders with offshore accounts. People know.
& Macrons are already known as sketchy couple. AP says,
The Macrons first met at the high school where he was a student and she was a teacher. Brigitte Macron was then Brigitte Auzière, a married mother of three children.

Last but not least, he is pro-war & known to ignore France election results / violate France democracy.
In short: Macrons are -already known- as corrupt liars, where he is bloodthirsty murderous rape victim, & she his aged, haggard rapist-abuser.
But, Black woman who calls the Macrons LGBTQ - that is too far? too much for them????????

Posting on X, Ms Owens said: "I don’t know who needs to hear this, but if you have to file a lawsuit in a foreign country to prove to the world that you are a woman, it is because you most certainly are not one."
Owens could be headed for disaster.........
....... except, again, Emmanuel & Brigitte Macron are already known as vile, corrupt people - from provable things - so I'm not sure what their actual damages would be?
Legally, is it possible to defame infamous people? people who begin with rock-bottom repute
& why would Macrons regard LGBTQ as negative?
Who says being called Trans (her) & Gay/Bi (him) in itself, is defamation?
