Judge presiding over LSU student's attack makes unprecedented decision, prompting questions about conflicts
-
Remember, we were told by an english professor that there aren't any dirty judges.
-
@raphjd Why are you willfully misquoting me? I never said there were no dirty judges. If fact, I mentioned Cannon, Alito and Thomas as examples of very dirty judges.
-
That's right, only conservative judges are dirty in your tiny little liberal mind.
-
@raphjd And only judges who rule against conservatives are dirty in your tiny little right-wing mind.
-
And yet, I posted about a dirty judge whose rulings had nothing to do with politics.
If you weren't so clueless, I've posted about several dirty judges who had nothing to do with politics. I have also posted about Repub judges that have done dirty shit.
I posted about the 2 judges (1 Dem and 1 Repub) who were taking kickbacks for sending teen males to that private prison.
-
@raphjd Good for you. I didn't say I disagreed with your post, only your personal attack on me. You misquoted me. That was the issue I was addressing.
-
But as you repeated, you only mentioned Repub judges.
If the politics in the Erngoron and Merchan cases were the reverse, you'd be having a non-stop hissy fit. There's an extreme conflict of interest in both cases, but since it's anti-Trump, you're happy about it.
-
@raphjd I mentioned those three judges because there is evidence they are, in fact, dirty. I don't think every conservative judge is dirty. I have no problem with the others on the Supreme Court. I may not agree with their rulings, but I don't think they are dirty in the way that Alito and Thomas are.
The conflict of interest you mention is the fact that those judges supported Democratic candidates, I am assuming. So would it be better if we selected judges who supported the GOP to preside? Would that have been more fair? Or should we require judges to be absolutely neutral politically? Good luck with that. The judicial system is not perfect, for sure. But it only does the country an extreme disservice when either side calls it into question haphazardly.
I do believe that there are outside forces working to tear down Western democracies by many means, one of which to create distrust in our fundamental institutions. And as we can see, they are succeeding. They are also spreading hate and misinformation, so that we can no longer have civil conservations and learn to compromise. And as we can see from this board, game, set, match for them.

Erngoron is an anti-developer. His previous cases and statements show that. His senior law clerk is, at the very least, "pals" with Sen Schumer.
Merchan's family profits from the Dems. He placed a gag order on Trump to keep him from speaking in public about Merchan's family's business dealings with the DNC.
The various DAs ran solely on "getting Trump".
We found out that the FBI photos of the documents during the MAL raid were staged and now that trial is on hold indefinitely. The prosecutor wants a gag order preventing Trump from talking about the staged photos.
That's not outside forces, that's DNC forces.
There are plenty of other judges in the 2 cases I mentioned about the dirty judge who could have taken over the trials, which would give conservatives less to bitch about. But NO, they picked the 2 most obviously biased judges they could find.

Even your article says the documents were taken out of the boxes and spread across the floor and then had the "classified" sheet placed on them.
Bobby Chacon, a retired FBI agent, told Insider that the photo was indeed staged — but for a "legitimate purpose."
Admitted it was staged.
"It's just a trail to be as thorough as you can in documenting where every item came from within a search," Chacon told Insider. "And a search of this geographic magnitude … when you're searching a resort area that's this large, you want to make sure you're very thorough and you document where everything was."
So, to document where everything was, you take it all out of the boxes, spread it around the floor, place "classified" sheets on it and photo it.
Two federal law enforcement officials told The New York Times that the folders weren't discovered on the floor, but arranged like that by agents after they were removed from Trump's office.
So, they were not photoed where they were found.
Most agents will take a photo of the finding in its original form, and then spread out, so individual findings can be traced back to their original location, according to Chacon.
Most would do it in an honest way, while some will do it in a dishonest way, like in the MAL photoed.
These photos were released without being honest about the context because they wanted everyone to think that's how Trump had them when the FBI got there.
Remember, this is the dirty DOJ/FBI we are talking about.
These are the same ones that don't prosecute people protesting outside of SCOTUS houses, despite it being a federal crime. Drop charges on violent BLM rioters. They set up conservatives in a fake kidnapping plot and countless other things, not to mention their protecting Dems from scrutiny.

Game, Set, Match to Putin.

So you are admitting you are a Putin lover, then.

This is a problem but Clarence Thomas taking "gifts" from conservative donors is not?

Did you see the Senate hearings on this?
I think you will find that Republicans put up some solid proof that he's not the only one and your side would be extremely butt hurt if they went after everyone equally for this.
If you haven't watched the Senate hearings on it, you might want to look at Forbes Breaking News on YouTube. They run the hearings live and unedited. Of course, they have the edited version where you can watch it by Senator, rather than the entire hearing.
I know you won't watch it because you won't get the outcome you get from your beloved "true journalism".
-
@raphjd You are right. I won't watch it because I don't have time. But if what you are saying is true, then they should get rid of the lot.
-
@raphjd only 2 reasons for FBI to fake their famous photo, as they did
-
Evidence tampering
-
Jury tampering - improperly prejudice public opinion ie. jury pool
Take your pick
If Judge Cannon has all her legal wits about her, she'll punish crooked FBI & prosecutors.
Meanwhile world sees, libs like their trials to be like their jobs, dates & elections: All rigged.

From the link @jaroonn posted, I think it was to jury tamper and convince the American public of something that wasn't true.
