High court got that last bit wrong.

It's not "striking" that a boy's interests would be male-oriented.
AND...... it proves nothing, if they are male-oriented or even if they are not male-oriented.

Gender-atypical and cross-gender play are NORMAL for kids.

Gender-atypical and cross-gender play mean NOTHING for kids, whether they happen or don't happen.

To judge a kid's gender by their play is incredibly regressive.

As such, rest of the court's finding (against her) is spot on.

Every child is perfect as they were born.....and cannot meaningfully choose against it, no more than children can meaningfully choose their own bedtime or school attendance or vaccination status.

It reminds me of the 80s and 90s when "cool" parents had brown babies.

Then it was gay or lesbian kids.

Now it's trans kids.

Sadly, any "sissy boys" or "tomboys" are being made trans.

A friend I've known since I got out of the military has always been has always been effeminate. He's furious (his words) that the left are genociding people like him out of existence.
