The trans-female was put on puberty blockers, so there wasn't enough cock skin to make a vagina, so they had to use the colon.
"She" died less than 24 hours after the surgery due to complications (necrotizing fasciitis due to E-Coli infection from her own bowel) from the surgery.
Apparently, trans-women have less mental issues when they take puberty blockers, but then have to use the riskiest type of surgery to give them vaginas.

Oh, and @Spintendo only attacks the sources I use, not the actual content of the story. He thinks that if he cries foul about the source, his fellow lefties will believe the story is fake and won't check for themselves. It's what he does, ALWAYS.

If I said so-and-so.com is reporting that the elfs at Santa's North Pole are rioting due to their melting homes and factory, would your response be to attack so-and-so.com where I got the story from? or would you debate me on the merits of whether or not the North Pole elf population's melting homes are worth rioting about.
