This whole thing stinks of corruption and anti-Trump bias.
Yet another example of collusion by the DNC.

...and election rigging, and censorship.
USA libs know it's a perfectly ridiculous "case". They don't care.
USA libs know any conviction must be overturned. They also know they'll get one. Because, having gotten a biased judge, jury stacking will be simple.
The point of the exercise is:
- libs pelting eggs at Trump
- but more important, getting him gagged
"But there's no gag order!" - Oh yes there is.
...the Manhattan District Attorney’s office went over a couple of issues that they say could be arising in the next couple of months. The first one of course is Trump’s rhetoric on social media," said McKay.
"They said that he has posted a quote, death and destruction if he was to be charged. They said he even referred to World War III so they were asking that the judge consider placing a protective order asking that he walks some of those statements back and make sure that he doesn’t post such inflammatory comments."
McKay said the judge wasn’t placing a gag order on Trump, "but he did ask the defense and the prosecution to make sure that their witnesses know that they can’t have immense rhetoric on social media, on TV interviews, and so forth."
Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree, and is set to return to court on December 4.According to the Daily Mail, Judge Merchan said, "I'd encourage counsel for both sides to speak to your witnesses, defense counsel speak to your client and remind them to please refrain from making statements that are likely to incite violence and civil unrest."
"Refrain from engaging in conduct which has the potential to incite violence or create civil unrest," he added. "Don't engage in words or conduct which could jeopardize the rule of law as it applies to these proceedings in this courtroom."
Merchan said that he would not be issuing a gag order as Trump is a "candidate for President of the United States" and his "First Amendment rights are critically important."
What this means is: Judge playing a cutesy game where he puts Trump under a de facto gag order - just not a formal gag order.
Judge will be reviewing all of Trump's comments and using them against him, formal sanctions to come.
Any truthful thing Trump says about Biden starting nuclear WW3, being unfit, Biden being a fraud under 2020 and 2024 election rigging, the prosecution being a fraud that rips USA apart, etc. is now subject to the judge's review & future orders.
And that's how you get Trump censored.
And the fact that it's a Soviet, Nazi, China, East German procedure - USA libs don't care.
Because by now, USA libs ARE Soviet, Nazi, China, East German.

@raphjd That cartoon should have included many other things... such as.. dozens of democrats who stepped out of line and criticized Hillary Clinton - mysteriously "committed suicide" (cough cough).
Trump winning the White House in 2024 would be ineffective if they lose the house, or can't unseat Mitch McConnell from being the leader of the Senate republicans.
The first 2 years of Trumps presidency should have been fantastic, however, that asshole Paul Ryan screwed it up! (and John McCain). McCain spent 8 years fighting against Obamacare, but then when the time came to get rid of it and replace it. McCain voted to KEEP it just out of spite to piss off Trump. Then McCain became the darling of the democrats. Similar situation going on with John Bolton. -

The Soviet Union, Nazi Germany and East Germany no longer exist. That's like saying "USA libs ARE Ottoman and 1st French Empire-ish"
wtf does that even mean?
-
Try thinking about the way the Soviet Union, Nazis and East Germans acted.
That is what he's saying.
-
@raphjd they were all non-democratic autocratic regimes that severely restricted the flow of information, is that what he meant? Then I was right - that would be just like saying the Ottoman and 1sr French empires. But couldn't he have used a more contemporary example - say, Florida, where deSantis has instituted a war on woke companies and school practices? Or Russia, where Putin is jailing hundreds of people? Or Hungary, where Orban controls virtually all media?
And if his point is to criticize the flow of information why is he mentioning the Trump case as his example? Ostensibly to say "well this could happen to other Americans" as a slippery slope-type argument. "This could happen to you!" .... If under indictment for illegal use of campaign contributions, I guess.
If you're going to divert money illegally to pay off a hooker be careful Nazi Germany's coming after you. I get it, fairly simple idea there.

Have you thought about how the government and big tech COLLUDED to silence people that disagreed with the DNC agenda?
DeSantis is going to war with schools because they are putting books in there that would be illegal for public libraries to put in the kids' section or for businesses to sell to kids.
Other than some Soros funded corrupt DA, do you have any proof that TRUMP, himself, paid the hush money? As I understand it, Cohen paid that money, not Trump's campaign.

@raphjd in Pinellas county a single complaint over the Disney film “Ruby Bridges” — about the 6-year-old girl who integrated an all-white New Orleans school in 1960 — led to its removal from an elementary school.
And this guy's complaining about a gag order on Trump?
Feel free to explain why a lawyer would pay off a woman who he didn't have sex with during a campaign that he wasn't running in, using his own money, seemingly out of the goodness of his own heart and definitely not on Trumps behalf. Is that even possible?
I don't know what experience you've had with lawyers in the past but is that something you think a lawyer would do on his own for free?
-
I see no evidence that that movie was removed directly or semi-directly by DeSantis.
Making a law that requires schools to review and sign off on things that receive complaints isn't a bad thing. It makes schools and their decision-makers accountable. Oddly, what school boards deem as "obscene" is the very same stuff they allow in kindergarten libraries. How does that work?
The gag order on Trump is anti-speech of a candidate who is running for office. It's not the same as providing porn to 5 and 6 yo kids.
You still haven't provided any evidence that the money came from Trump's campaign (as charged) and not some other source. Even if we assume that Cohen got repaid that money from some account, we need proof that the money came from Trump's campaign account.
