Many reasons why there is no case against Trump - why Bragg's attempt should be thrown out instantly.

- long-expired Statute of Limitations
- even Stormy Daniels agreed, at one point, that really she had no affair with Trump & was scamming
- even Biden DOJ, corrupt & political as they are, declined the case
But the point is: How far along can the case get, despite such massive ridiculous defects? Bragg wants to see, apparently.

The fact that such an abusive political case is investigated, proves USA Lying Imperial Regime has accomplished Soviet Level 5 (at least).
If it's charged, then Soviet Level 6... if it's tried, then USA at Soviet Level 7, if it's convicted, then.... You get the idea.

Nope. That letter is actually supportive evidence for any testimony Cohen might give, because part of his testimony would be to explain how he lied and did other bad things for Trump for many years. The letter dates from when he was part of the conspiracy, so the fact that it contains lies about the $130,000 payment corroborates Cohen's later testimony under oath. That letter was not even written by Cohen .... it's from Cohen's attorney. Evidence such as the checks to Cohen that Trump signed are better smoking guns than this letter.

So on one side you are saying that Cohen is a convicted liar and on the other you are saying he should be believed, but only if his testimony is what you want him to say.

That's a nice Catch-22 you've created. Anyone involved in a conspiracy of dishonesty cannot be convicted based on the guilty admissions of their co-conspirators, because those co-conspirators are self-admitted liars.

You ignore the issue of someone being a proven criminal & liar in other, unrelated matters already ie. credibility does have to be weighed & routinely is weighed.
Michael Cohen has mucho criminality & lying quite unrelated to Trump.
You ignore the issue of confirming evidence ie. in its absence, the proven criminal liar is indeed more likely to be lying now.
