Quick Torrent Maker

Hi guys.
Sorry but I have a problem with this Quick Torrent Maker. I followed the guide and I uploaded 2 videos (i tried a second video after I couldn't understand what to do with the first one)
Now, if I go on my profile on gaytorrent.eu I can see my 2 videos in "My Torrents" and I can click the button Download.
I can see them on my Torrent Software but it says 0 Seed on both of them... It's like it doesn't understand that I am the seed.What am I doing wrong? I don't understand

you need to re-download the small torrent here not the torrent created by QTM [it won't work] ...
and you are leeching instead of seeding ...
make sure to locate your content correctly ...

ah no okay! I made it. I'm just dumb XD
I moved the videos on the torrent download folder and now I have them at 100% and I'm in seeding

Is it normal that my UL (though people are already downloading stuff from me) didn't go up?
Did I miss anything? I need to boost my ratio
