A very easy fix for many people including myself..

This pertains primarily to laptop computers.
When you do a lot of cpu intensive things like watching videos and torrenting.. your computer gets HOT... at some point, your computer will either throttle down speed.. lock up.. or even crash.
An easy fix for this is to manually force your fans go to into turbo mode.. to cool things down. This will be a bit noisy - which is why I turn my turbo fan mode off when I am on the phone.
I discovered the hard way that when that turbo mode is off, and you are doing things like encoding videos, watching videos, etc. Bad things happen, primarily slowing you down without you knowing the reason why. Techincally, computers are supposed to automatically throttle down and increas the fan speed when they overheat, but they don't. They get slow and crash while the fan remains at normal speed. My laptop cost $6000, and is extremely high performance.. which means it gets extremely hot. It's got a very fancy cooling system with thick copper pipes and two heavy duty fans... but unless those fans are in turbo mode.. things get HOT HOT HOT. -

I set mine to gaming and it usually has no issues.
Also, if you raise the back up, it helps with cooling too.

@raphjd I don't have any issues... unless... I'm watching a video.. while also encoding a video.. and running qbittorrent.. and logged into chaturbate on one of my other screens (I have 3 screens). When the CPU and memory are being hammered the way I hammer them.. things get toasty.

@lololulu19 Maybe it might be the kind of processor? Cause I have r7 5800x and people say that kind of processor gets really hot easily. Try researching reviews of why your CPU getting too hot too fast.

@Arago44 It's getting hot when I overload the cpu.. and even then, there is no problem as long as I manually turn the fan to TURBO mode.

The reason your laptop fans get so loud is because the fans are inside the laptop - where space is at a premium... tiny fans have to spin VERY fast to move a lot of air.
Consider a laptop "cooling pad" - it's basically a "stand" you put your laptop on that has vents and rather large fans underneath... more air flow at higher air speeds, but at slower FAN speeds means a cooler laptop with much much less noise!
Most office supply stores carry them, as does Amazon (what don't they carry?)

If you have 3 screens I presume you are using this equipment at home - and not travelling with 3 screens. If so, why don't you just get a couple of mini pcs, or intel sticks to stick behind your screens (or TVs). They are cheap and will easily cope with 4K video, Plex/Jellyfin/Netflix, qbittorrent and watching chaturbate. With a Lan drive storage is not an issue - nor is sharing your files. You can control them all from your laptop.I have used these for 5 years and never had one fail. Even if they did it wouldn't be a real issue as nothing important is ever stored on them. Logins and passwords can all be synchronised using almost any modern web browser.
Smart TV's have now caught up though and you could actually watch most any website like chaturbate on a Smart TV.
The real reason you laptop gets hot is video encoding - and as noted by others - not something to which a laptop is well suited. Video encoding is very CPU/GPU intensive and so generates a lot of heat. In a laptop that heat is being generated in a tiny space that is difficult to cool. A tower PC would cope with this much better and cost a fraction of a $6,000 laptop.
Of course, you also have the option of using a cloud hosted PC which would solve any location issues. Again they are not necessarily cheaper than using a comparable desktop/tower pc but can be a lot more convenient if you are wanting to look after just one pc - your laptop.
