I don't understand why so many gays here on this site have such hatred toward trans people. It's just silly.

So did anyone ask her if she's a woman? And if she said "yes", was there an immediate follow up of "how do you know you're a woman if you can't define what one is?"

It wasn't a legitimate question - it was a not-so-thinly veiled attack on trans people.
Indeed, the audience for the question wasn't even the Judge, it was the televised audience, and this was a "dog whistle" call to them: "The trans people are coming! Be afraid!"
