Reseed - not available.. if seeding.. but not seeding..

I've notice that if a torrent is listed as having active seeders, you can't request it to be re-seeded.
While that makes sense.. it is not realistic, because quite often torrents that have "active seeders" are not actually seeding! Why? I have no idea. -
A maximum of @ least 3 seeders will close request-reseed/button
And if any of the active seeder will quit or get disconnected, then there is a chance of requesting ... -

The problem is... I often see torrents with 3 "seeders" which are not actually seeding.
If they were seeding, I would not go to the effort of asking them to be reseeded. -
@lololulu19 This is a very common issue w/c every one of us encountered ... and is disappointing that 3 seeder sitting are unable to seed ...
It might be that they have several/multiple downloads/uploads running so bandwidth is stress out same as down loader,
VPN and port forward also relies on it ... and poor connection ... -
@lololulu19 I had the same problem as you and I figured it out. This is completely normal. you are not able to connect to the person who is seeding it but some others may do. if the file is small then the best way is to make it freelech. you will leech it indirectly through the new leecher.

@tanducho234 I tried that.. I made this 8.55 GB torrent "Freeleech" but it is still not seeding.
