Jussie Smollet found guilty

According to our resident CCP/DNC agent, Ms Feng Feng (aka @bi4smooth) I'm not actually posting this because I only post about HOAX hate crimes when trans-people do it, despite me having a long history of reporting these things about anyone who does it.
Anyway, Jussie was found guilty of 5 of the 6 counts.
All 6 counts he was charged with are felonies.
He was not found guilty of the lies he told about 2 weeks after the fake hate crime, where he told police that the "attackers" wore masks during the attack. Wearing a mask during a hate crime (or anything under federal defined as "oppression") is a felony enhancement, under the federal law that is loosely called the "KKK rule".
Jussie will be sentenced on 27 Jan 2022.
He faces 3 years in prison, but experts on liberal media outlets say he will get probation and MAYBE community service.
If he was convicted on all 6 charges, he could have also faced up to $1.1 million in fines. I can't find out, easily, how much of a fine he faces on the 5 charges he was convicted of.
CORRECTION 1: He faces 3 years in prison for EACH of the 5 counts he was found guilty of.
EDIT: Conservative news outlets are saying that despite facing 15 years in prison, he won't get more than 3 years, but most likely 18 months suspended.

I need to make a correction.

@raphjd he won't get the jail time. The judge will say it's a non-violent crime despite the fact that Jussie wanted to cause civil war.
He'll get rehab for his herb recreation, anger management and community service.
Jussie will make an apology, turn it into a documentary and have a redemption interview and Hollywood will let him back in. If he ever was abandoned.

sorry for the bump. but approximately 6 months after, yep he hasn't been jailed that long and it's looking like he will go rehab.
