Kinda dumb question but how do I know when I can download again after reaching the daily limits. The countdown starts after downloading 1 torrent in 24 hr, after reaching daily limits or its a specific time for everyone?

JUST A GUESS - but based on the times listed in the torrents posted, I'd hazard a guess that the system is on UTC.
