Do users that upload scat porn do it on purpose and upload their scat torrents under fetish and not under scat just to mock those who don't want to see this stuff? Fetish you can't disable, but scat you can.
Whatr's the use of disabling scat category if users still upload it under the wrong tag?
And when you kindly ask them to change the category, either they just ignore you or they reply with a rude comment.Can't there be something done about it?

Report the offending torrents... the Mods can warn the uploader for not using the right categories.
You might also put in a suggestion to the Help Desk that you also be allowed to filter-out the fetish category - it that was part of your complaint...
