Judged and banned as "Non-gay related movies"

Hi all,
I've posted many torrents in "themed movie" section, some of them are clearly gay-themed and some are gay-interested.
I guess there are many people here who want to judge whether each post is fit the category, and leave comments their opinion.
A SIG-Moderator seems one of such kind people and he commented on my torrent pages many times. And then today I reported against his comment, "does he wanna censor each torrent as a staff?"The result what I got was – banned my torrent. That was posted in June '11, 6210 snached, 7 seeders.
I've never received PM about it, but a new comment was added by other moderator--"Non-gay related movies goes on public trackers or other invite-only sites"
Now I guess my description could not be enough at all, I'm very sorry for that point myself.
I expect nothing about my banned torrent any more, just wanted to warn the posters like me. -
We have had a rash of movies uploaded here recently that have nothing to do with GLBT whatsoever and many that break one or more rules; ie the blockbuster rule.
Of course you don't say what movie it was that you uploaded, so I can't give an opinion on why it was deleted.
If the rules are followed, you won't have to worry about your uploads getting deleted.
Since you have been entrusted with AutoApproval, your uploads bypass staff scrutiny. We usually only see then if we happen to come across it on accident or if someone complains about it and we check it out.

I never said your movie was/wasn't gay-related. It was a reply to a previous comment (should perhaps have clarified it).

This torrent is still available in the ModsOnly category to allow members starting the download to finish it.
When i saw it in that section, I was wondering why it is there (no note added to the description or title), but it became more obvious with the report …
When looking to IMdB, "Bob" the gay seems to be an important character. IMdB is givung quite a few "gay" keywords (click "See more" there):
Coming Out
Gay Character
Homosexuality
Male Nudity
Gay Straight Relations
Male Rear Nudity
Gay Clubbut in a long list of other keywords. There is a certain chance that I would approve such upload, but not sure, 50% chance.
So for me this is the type of movie we are always in the dilemma to allow or not
and we have an internal cry for help how to decide.
Believe us, we are not happy about that situation of being unable to clean clear cut gay non gay decisions. I am for example wondering for what the "Spartacus" TV series have their place here. No gays, just male bodies … AFAIK
In addition this seems to be a high budget mainstream production from 19 November 2008 (France), which falls still for a few months under the "Blockbuster" (successful movie for GayThemed niche) rule ... For that i would disapprove it for now.

That will not happen, this is not a general interest forum and tracker, but well established in the Gay(LBT for Themed Movies) niche. Of course, gays are sharing general interest and to find these, is valid what F00F said:

The movie in question is RocknRolla.
We (the staff) are slagged off because we have an Auto Approval system, which means things slip past us. We (the staff) are slagged off if we suggest that Auto Approval be ended so things don't slip past us.
As I said earlier in this thread, AA users are posting a lot of stuff that has no business being here. They are violating our trust in them, then bitching at us for correcting the situation they caused.

Please don't let a few bad apple upset the cart. The AA people who made those mistake should have been warn or get their AA privilege revoke (at least temporary). While I don't normally condone dictatorship, this is a private site and not a democracy. As Mods you guys have the power to do what is best for the site. Just use it responsibly and give the person a chance present their case and learn from their mistake.

On the question of an upload being gay enough or not it might just lead to a long polemic without exit: to much grey zone of appreciation. Because of that we don't allow basically Gay Interest movies. We just can't define objective criteria what makes a movie special Gay Interest and isn't just interesting much gays or is of much interest to others, too.

bannedstudio torrents (movies or pictures), there is no discussion and prior warning. -

The "abuse" the boy suffered "from from his mother's boyfriend" was purely physical
There was no sexual content to it
"his mother's boyfriend" is strictly heterosexual and expresses no sexual attraction to the boy
Look at the IMDB "plot keywords" - you will find only Gay Interest & Teenager Nudity & Boy NudityIf a site member takes the time to report a torrent as inappropriate,
why don't you at least have the courtesy to contact that member if there is any doubt about the validity of the objection

You are right to blame us for your Report still not having been handled.
The objective criteria I've used to approve it, is the statement about that movie on IMDb. the individual appreciation is if that is enough as no "gay" or "homosexual" etc. … key words are present (I saw that when approving that torrent and was hesitating, but...)
As being involved as the approver, I have only copied that statement into the description and not further handled that Report.
Remember, we don't got a copy of the movie.

I have moved away yesterday the Season 1 Episode 3 for not being Game Themed, which I saw in the torrent list as appearing new.
AFAIK there was no Report made on any "Young Soldiers" torrent …
